About

Meet Miss Hugo

Our founder is a specialist literacy teacher and mum. She finished school in the top 1% for English, completed two years of specialist training in supporting struggling readers and writers, and has worked as a specialist intervention teacher. The reading games she shares are the ones she plays with her own kids.

Online writing courses

Enrol in one of our narrative or persuasive writing classes, with every lesson designed by our founder and taught live by tutors. Each year level has its own theme, so learning feels like an adventure, with real rigour as students learn the key skills of strong writing.
