Groups are Lower, Middle and Upper Primary. Each card shows this term’s theme. We place children into groups by hand after you enquire.
Years 1–2 (Year 3 if early)
This term’s theme
Kids dive into the world of Critter Quest (trainers, creature battles, snowy rescues and legendary maps) and write complete stories with sizzling starts, tightening tension and endings that resolve the problem.
Years 3–4
This term’s theme
Kids crash-land with Alexa and robot TB76 on a strange purple planet, writing space adventures that grow tension, character and craft.
Years 5–6
This term’s theme
Mira and Elara protect magical creatures — galas, marshes and rescues — while writing richer narrative with voice, vivid description and tension.

Most students get taught structure, a rhetorical question, and a few conjunctions. This session goes into the things that actually make the writing better: precise word groups, answering the other side, and the power of three. It helps with debating, essays later on, and exams like NAPLAN and ICAS. Watch it live or get the recording. Parents will see what to look for. Teachers can use it the next day.
